Small rabbit to love – free knitting pattern
Thank you to the lovely Julie of Little Cotton Rabbits for sharing her adorable pattern with us for free. Her teeny tiny small rabbit makes a perfect soft toy for tiny hands. Soft and cuddly this adorable small rabbit is ideal for keeping little ones happy in the pushchair, car seat or at bedtime. It’s easy to make and Julie has shared lots of super helpful DIY step by steps to show you how to make your own adorable teeny tiny bunny soft toy.
Small rabbit pattern & step by steps
You can see from the image above that you can make small rabbits and teeny tiny bunnies from the one pattern, simply by changing up the needle size and yarn type you use. The bunny top left, for instance, is made using Jamiesons Spindrift and 2.25mm needles and the little rabbit bottom left with Camarose Snefnug on 3.5mm needles. How you add the face features also brings totally different personalities – so this pattern is really one to have some fun with!

Unicorn / Horse soft toy in a dress knitting pattern
This adorable pattern is new to Julie’s collection and adapts from a cuddly horse or pony to a unicorn or donkey.
The pattern is 23 pages long and contains over 70 detailed step-by-step photographs along with full pattern instructions.
The dresses are knitted flat using fingering/4ply yarn on 2.75mm needles and seamed. One is knitted in two colours in stranded colour-work and the other in a single colour with a lace design.
Mouse knitting pattern
