SEARCH OUR DIRECTORY

Find the UK’s best makers, artists, local producers & creative courses

Source hand-picked contemporary British makers and creative workshops in the beautiful From Britain with Love directory. Find the UKs most inspiring artisans, makers, growers, producers, local shop keepers and creative course providers.

We aren’t trying to fill our directory with everything British-made. Just a curated selection of the British makers and creative course providers we love and feel passionate about supporting.

The From Britain with Love directory is all about finding – and sharing – special makers creating products that have been crafted with care to last a lifetime. And creative workshops where you can learn a new skill and craft something with your own two hands. We are passionate about craftsmanship and timeless design and beautiful simplicity. These things go beyond trend and fashion. Why would you produce – or buy – something throwaway, swiftly destined for landfill, when you can create – or buy – something to give pleasure for lifetimes?

For me, it’s all about love at the end of the day. Loving what you do, loving what you buy and loving how it feels when you support something worthwhile. Thats’s the passion behind From Britain with Love too. Our directory is there so that you can find inspiring makers creating unique and special things. It’s also there so that you can nurture your own creativity. Give yourself time to join a craft workshop and discover the simple pleasure of making.

Learning a new creative craft is a wonderful way to enjoy spending time in itself. Sometimes it leads to a whole new creative direction or small business. At the very least you’ll go home with something you made with your own two hands. There’s something primeval and joyful about that. Why not book yourself onto a creative course or workshop today and give yourself time to be creative?

We get a kick out of sourcing, and sharing, the UKs most exciting makers and creative courses.

Search the directory by key word, region, category or simply browse to find inspiration. We hope you love what you discover!
