Olga’s creations are a great way to show off the flowers. I love the bird and the shadows it creates. Olga’s clock designs are also a clever and useful addition to brighten up a room.

I fell in love with tulle when I was a child and was given my first tutu.
I fell in love with flowers when I was a teenager and was given some bulbs and seeds to grow.
I fell in love with embroidery when I was a (stressed) adult and discovered the joy of creativity.

For me embroidery, cross stitch and a lot of knitting were gifts my nana taught me. I love this concept of using the dried flowers. It’s such a beautiful thing you have really inspire me to grow and use my dried flowers from our garden with some of my nans hoops. She will be the angel on our wall to remember her. Thank you

I am intrigued by the technique and would like to master it. Not only for its’s pleasing aesthetic and intuitive placement of materials but for Olga’s ability to capture nature’s beauty. A mindful practice kept boundless in the never ending circle of the hoop.

I love your work. In particular the small hoop with the pink, blue and white flowers stands out as the colours are still so pure despite the flowers being dried. I am thinking about growing my own flowers to try and dry them next year as I feel so inspired.

I am Ms Crafty, I sew, knit, crochet and all things lovely. I have not added dried flower embroidery to my list until now!! What I love about this form of art is that you take something beautiful from nature and preserve it in an art form that can be enjoyed forever. They are lovely and I would love to learn how to do this. As I get older I would love to have a craft that I can do that doesn’t require me to be so active. I am rediscovering embroidery. I embroidered as a child, and I pressed flowers as well. My grandfather constructed a flower press for me when I was about 10. So, for me the work that Olga creates is not only gorgeous, it’s a kind of “home food”. Just lovely. Every time I see a photograph of her work, I become instantly happy.

Her work reminds me a bit of Andrew Goldsworthy…taking pieces of nature’s most intense colors or gorgeous details and weaving them into a new tapestry of textures and shapes. I love the calming, slow approach of preserving each piece of leaf, frond, or flower and integrating into a new art form. Every step is slow but intentional, lending to the beauty of the final piece. As I don’t tend to win anything, THIS is something that I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to win. The concept of using dried flowers on tulle is amazing, when I first saw it I thought it was suspended on nothing, I was intrigued. Then after a closer look, I saw it was on material. and I thought WOW. The use of dried flowers and the arrangement is endless, but your designs are simple but very effective. I would love to win this book and craft bundle. I would like to get my voluntary vulnerable adult’s embroidery group involved with this craft, and if I won then I could do this.

Olga’s work is absolutely breathtaking. I came across her Instagram last year and her designs are the most beautiful and unique things I have ever seen. I love the fact that it all looks so do-able. I adore flowers but whenever I try flower arranging I always end up with something that looks like its been eaten by the milkman’s horse! This looks like a great way to always have flowers in the house……and, of course, it gives me the opportunity to casually say, “oh, that? yes, I made that, soooo simple.”

I just want to reach out and touch them! It is nice to have something that makes you pause and appreciate the little things – how something looks and feels. Even if it is a little frustrating to work with at first (I have big hands and fingers, haha), it forces you to slow down and appreciate things. Of course, they are also gorgeous and creative, love the colours and designs.

Olga’s box is filled with a rainbow of dried flowers. The colours can’t help but lift your spirit in these cold times. I’ve never worked with dry flowers before and this looks fun. Making things is so good for you and I absolutely love being crafty.

Wow Olgas work is just stunning, I love the way she uses intricate embroidery & delicate dried material to encapsulate a floral display. I started my own creative business a cutting patch called Suffolk Flower Garden during lockdown growing cut flowers, some of which I dry. I’d love to learn this process during the dark winter months when there is not much going on in the garden. I could then have a flower filled life all year round & create beautiful pieces of natural art using my own material.
My favourite pieces from Olga are the blossom & letter hoop she is amazingly talented.

I am a keen gardener and love to fill my house inside and out with flowers. I love the elegance and delicate nature of this craft. It is just beautiful and I would love to win a kit (especially as they are sold out online).
The idea of using dried flowers to embroider is a new one to me but I feel excited to give it a go. I have tried many crafts in the past particularly anything to do with flowers so am researching how to get started, Olga’s book would be a great starting point on my journey so hopefully I will be lucky enough to win it. I lost my Mum suddenly in November. I kept some of the funeral flowers as they were just too beautiful to leave behind at the cemetery. Some of them I’ve dried and I was browsing for ideas of how to use them when I came across your beautiful ideas and designs. To learn how to make something like this would be such a lovely memory of my Mum as, in her younger days she made all our clothes and taught me to sew. I wold love to win this.

We’ve been shielding our 11 year old immunosuppressed son since March 2020, even though we’ve chosen to do this to keep our boy alive sometimes it sometimes feels like we’re under house arrest. We’re always looking for new & different ways to add cheer to our home. Olga always uses bright and cheerful combinations, though embroidery isn’t our strong point we always happy to give anything a try, (by we I mostly mean my incredibly creative 20 year old talented makeup artist daughter!), we’d love to have a go at this kit & maybe show Olga our results, our boy has severe learning difficulties so things like this stimulate his senses, so many pluses!
