Discover linen pinafore aprons & candle holders by Swedish House at Home
I first came across Michaela and her gift and homeware business Swedish House at Home at a local craft fair a few years ago. I came away from that market stall with a beautiful linen pinafore apron with cross back. It really is one of my favourite things. I wear it when I’m pottering in the garden or attending a creative workshop for the blog. Happy times. And if I had a pound for every time someone asked me where I bought my apron I’d have quite a few pounds in my pocket. Worth mentioning, perhaps, that the apron pockets are good and roomy!
Michaela has curated a truly beautiful collection of gifts and home goods that are thoughtfully made either by UK craftspeople or in Sweden (where Michaela spent her childhood). As well as linen pinafore aprons like mine (available in a range of colours), discover ceramics, jute bags, natural toiletries, wooden candle holders and more.
With all markets and craft fairs cancelled for the forseeable future, our new Virtual Market is the next best way to hook up. A way for makers to share what they’ve been doing with you – the customers they are missing. And for us, it’s a way to escape for a little while and have a mooch. Browse the virtual stalls and see what you find. I’m missing that part of my life aren’t you?
Hope you enjoy browsing Michaela’s Virtual Market stall – the things she’d arrange on her table today if she was meeting you in person. X
Are you a maker, grower or creative course provider? Like to list with us and benefit from joining our supportive community? We’d love to hear from you. Check out the packages we offer on our Join Us page and get in touch…
If you’d like to join our Virtual Market too, like Michaela, all you have to do is take out a listing in our directory and let us know that you’d like to take part. It’s the next best thing to getting to meet your customers face to face.
