Susie Q Newbigging graduated with a distinction from City & Guilds of London Art School’s Art and Design Foundation following a career in education and international development.
Her work is heavily influenced by more than a decade living in Asia and Latin America: from landscapes and architecture to indigo textiles and basketry. Her practice includes ceramics, sculpture and print and she uses a variety of materials including wood, clay, ink and metal.
Susie is an experienced workshop facilitator with a strong interest in public engagement and community arts. She is a member of The Kiln Rooms in London.
