Laura’s journey began with a simple need to organise her sewing threads. She created a wall-hanging peg board for her growing collection of tangled cotton reels, and soon others wanted one too. While the design of Thread Pegs has remained mostly the same, Laura has perfected the final product and earned the title of “cotton reel storage guru.”
Working from an old cattle barn on the outskirts of Falmouth, Cornwall, Laura uses carefully selected high-quality materials known for their durability and aesthetic charm. She ships her products worldwide and is always happy to chat about sewing storage solutions.

Hello, I’m Laura. I’m the one who makes the pegboards. My workshop is located on a farm outside Falmouth, UK. Here I make everything myself using quality materials to craft my sewing tools and storage boards.
