Juliet Macleod is a contemporary Scottish studio potter who creates wheel thrown porcelain and stoneware. Operating from her studio in Aberdeen, her functional and decorative pieces are deeply inspired by the marine environment, weather, and changing light of the Scottish coast.

Juliet Macleod creates wheel-thrown porcelain pieces that evoke the Scottish coast and explore the interplay between the natural and the manmade within it. Using a distillation of drawings and photographs made over many years, she creates contemplative pieces which hope to engage the viewer and spark their own memories.
