We don’t take ourselves too seriously so the aim is to get stuck in and have fun whatever your ability! Why not give something new a go? Hartnett Holder and Co Backstage is not your average classroom! A little bit of chaos and a lot of creation is positively encouraged!
Is one of the most high-profile female chefs in the restaurant world. Angela worked under Gordon Ramsay at Aubergine, and then under Marcus Wareing where she soon became Head Chef at P√©trus. In 2004 she gained her first Michelin star. In 2008 she launched Murano in Mayfair.
He’s worked in some of London’s busiest and most exclusive restaurants including Orrery, The Sloane Club, and the Oxo Tower. Luke spent a year cooking in the Italian kitchen of Enoteca Pinchiorri. A 3 Michelin star restaurant, in the heart of Tuscany, this experience ultimately changed his philosophy on food forever. Luke’s focus is firmly placed on cooking locally and seasonally, at the highest level.
Iain will be looking after you for most of the courses on the schedule at Hartnett Holder and Co Backstage. He has grown up in the hospitality industry and learnt the tricks of the restaurant trade in some of Hampshire’s best know establishments.
Iain has held numerous Head Chef positions and knows a thing or two about cooking delicious, home-cooked food just how we like at HH&Co!
