    Harriet’s jolly nice. And she’s loved ice cream from the start. Ever since she was a little girl. But, as she’s grown up, she’s become harder to please. She decided that if she wanted to experience true ice cream perfection, she would just have to create it herself.

    For her 15th birthday she was given an ice cream maker. It was from a car boot sale and cost £12 but never the less it did the job. She had one other big advantage, which was that she lived on a dairy farm, with a plentiful supply of milk and cream from happy cows. So very soon, Harriet was creating Uncompromisingly Delicious ice cream in as many flavours as she could dream up.

    At her secret kitchen in the woods, she still uses nothing but the best, purest ingredients from the most highly regarded suppliers. Like Madagascan vanilla pods, the rolls royce of sherries (Pedro Ximenez) and speciality grade artisan coffee. The honey is from her own farm, and the chocolate is Valrhona. Fragrant bergamot oranges and delicate forced rhubarb from the Yorkshire Triangle are other special ingredients. And she still absolutely refuses to cut corners. Believing that the more time and effort that you put into ice cream, the better it tastes.
