We use only Free Range Traditional Breed animals with full and transparent traceability. Today we produce the widest range of traditionally bred free range charcuterie products available in the UK.
Animal welfare is our highest priority and we are uncompromising in the ethics of our meat sourcing.
We work with our supplier farmers in equitable partnership. We do this because supporting them fairly helps sustainable meat production and the survival of traditional breeds.
We are absolutely passionate about creating good food with great taste. We take great pride in the various awards we have achieved. But what’s most important to us is that our customers are delighted by the experience of eating our products.
Good charcuterie uses fine quality meat carefully, sometimes adding ingredients to enhance flavour but always respecting the character of the meat. It offers great diversity of tastes and textures and huge variety in the ways in which it can be enjoyed.
Like fine cheesemaking and baking making good charcuterie is a truly artisan process. Until recently UK production has been seen as a minority sport’ but we like to think that Trealy Farm Charcuterie has pioneered a new wave of distinctive British charcuterie.
