Cooking with Garlic
Garlic is the most wonderful and versatile ingredient to cook with. Our collection of both classic and original garlic recipes will allow you to get the most from what we believe is the finest and most essential ingredient of them all. Have a look at our Cooks Tips Page for some pointers on the best methods for peeling and preparing garlic so that you get the best results for whatever you are trying to do. Whether it’s using garlic for health, as a mild flavour enhancement or for a really garlicky classic make sure youre doing it right.
Visit the Farm
The Garlic Farm’s renowned shop and restaurant make for a unique and memorable visit. Learn about the history and origins of the farm in the Heritage centre. Taste the amazing range of garlic inspired products in the Taste Experience and enjoy exceptional gourmet food in our restaurant before picking up a few garlic goodies from our farm shop.
We are open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm
Shop open daily 9 am – 5 pm Caf√© breakfast served from 9 am – 11.00 am, lunch served 12.00 pm – 3:30pm, tea, coffee & cake available until 5pm (last brew 4.30pm)
Allium open daily 10:30 am – 4:00 pm (currently closed, open seasonally)
Taste Experience open daily 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (tastings in the shop until holidays)
