Located in some of the most beautiful farmland and rural areas in Britain, the Feather Down farms create a unique experience, in harmony with the gentle rhythm of rural life.

Every Feather Down farm tent is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a traditional interior reflecting the honest rural life of years gone by. And you'll only ever find the Feather Down tent on working farms, where the farmer and their family are passionate guardians of the countryside.

Every Feather Down farm has its own speciality: one might specialise in beef; another in organic produce; one might be dairy; another might combine cattle with horses or sheep. A Feather Down farm is always established on or in the vicinity of a nature reserve or country estate or one of the other organizations in the field of rural conservation.

The Feather Down farm guest will find everything that is necessary for a carefree stay on the Feather Down farm. Nothing needs to be taken along from home, because on each location the guest has at their disposal:

The Farm Shop: Each Feather Down farm has an 'honesty shop' in which fresh produce (and other necessary items) are sold. The food items are, where possible, from the farm and from the region and are always produced according to traditional methods.

The Feather Down Henhouse: Where fresh eggs can be gathered by our guests every morning. The Wood-fired Traditional Oven: For baking bread and other delicacies, using the cooking methods of the olden days. The Paddock: Get to know the animals from the rural area. The Bike Rental: Adult and Childrens' bikes (and child seats) can be hired on the Feather Down farm. Some Feather Down farms also have a Field Spa with hot and cold showers, a sauna and a huge warm water field tub - experience invigorating goodness in the middle of a field breathing in the fresh British air, listening to the twitter of the birds.
