About us...

Sharp & Noble specialises in vintage and bespoke upholstered furniture. The business is run by husband and wife team, Charlie & Louise Maidment. We are based near Salisbury in Wiltshire but of course can deliver furniture all over the UK.

We source antique and vintage furniture – anything which catches our eye and which needs some TLC as far as the upholstery is concerned!

Our range of new furniture is made locally with great care and attention. Although we offer a selection of sizes for items such as footstools, we can provide a completely bespoke service so if there is a particular size of footstool that you require do get in touch and we can let you have a price. We can also use your own fabric - the only requirement is that it is suitable for upholstery.

We also offer cube footstools - covered in a gorgeous contemporary tweed and coming very soon, in velvet. And, we have beautiful upholstered headboads - shown on our website in a natural linen but available in your choice of fabric.

In the next few weeks we are launching a range of new chairs in beautiful traditional style. We will offer them covered in stunning neutral linen fabrics but as with everything, they will be available in your own choice of fabric
