About us...

Using genuine vintage jewellery pieces dating from the 1920s through to the 1960s, Lily Millicent designs and creates stunning one-of-a-kind, handcrafted hair accessories for weddings and special occasions.

We take a little piece of history and re-work it into something sparkling and new!

Each piece is individually designed in our studio in Leicestershire and is completely unique.

As well as our exquisite ready-to-wear collection, we also offer a bespoke service and will design a hair accessory according to our customer's specifications.

We also have a range of original vintage jewellery available to purchase.


Lily Millicent started in early 2009 as the fruition of years of dreaming. For designer and owner, Caroline, it had always been a passion to create beautiful things by hand, however it was only when she became a bride-to-be that she discovered a need to find unique and memorable hair accessories for women not just for their special day, but for years to come.

Combining her fascination with vintage and a love of hand-crafting, fashion and design, Lily Millicent was born!
