About us...

Rowan Tree Studio offers Contemporary and traditional workshops, craft holidays and craft parties at our purpose built studio in Sunny North Devon.

Throughout the year we offer a series of workshops and 1-2-1 lessons in Sewing, Quilting, Patchwork, Knitting, Furniture painting, Felting, Soap Making and Upholstery.

Come along and learn a new skill in relaxing surroundings with amazing views and scrumptious Devon cream teas. If you are having a special event such as a hen party, birthday or baby shower and want to create something that will give lasting memories why not come to us for an afternoon or weekend of crafting.

As well as workshops and parties I make and sell beautiful patchwork quilts, home accessories from recycled materials and handmade soap. I have a passion for Vintage sewing machines and offer lessons on how to use and maintain these lovely old machines.

If you have an old treadle, hand crank or vintage electric sewing machine and have no idea how to get it working or sew with it then why not come along to have a lesson or have our tutor come to you.
