We want you to be delighted with the goods and service you receive from our sellers and so do they. If you make a purchase from one of our sellers you have 14 days, from receipt of returnable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Exemptions and exceptions
The following items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable:
• personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised element that makes the item unique to you and therefore cannot be resold.
• perishable products, including food and flowers.
• large items of furniture that are specially made to order.
• art, sculpture, ceramics and other creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order.
• personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
• gift vouchers. See the gift vouchers section in our terms and conditions.
Please double check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
How to return or exchange a product
You must notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. We will then contact the seller and request that they liaise with you directly. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the seller.
We, as the seller’s payment agent, will process a refund of your order directly to your debit or credit payment card (as the case may be), which typically occurs no later than 30 days (subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions and associated timeframes).

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible, and ensure that our sellers' delivery charges are fair and reasonable.
So that you know what to expect, our sellers will detail their delivery charges and despatch times on the product pages prior to purchase. Each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from the designer maker who produced it, so please note that charges and delivery times may vary from seller to seller.
Unless an item is being specially made for you, delivery within the UK is normally within five to seven working days, often much sooner. The designer maker will specify delivery details on their product pages.
If you have a query about delivery for a product which you have already ordered, please contact us in the first instance on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will pass this on to the relevant seller.
All of our sellers take pride in giving a great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of their control can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
UK delivery of standard items
Some items offer free delivery. If a product has an allocated delivery charge, it will be in accordance with the size and weight of the product.
