If you don’t do anything else in June, head to the coast for Anna Wilson-Patterson’s open studio at Arts Hut in the tranquil village of Herstmonceux, East Sussex. Her latest exhibition entitled Labour of Love features a collection of paintings and monoprints inspired by the shingle ridged beaches between Hastings and Dungeness and perfectly captures the ethereal beauty of this stunning coastline. Hi Kitty, Anna does do art cards featuring her designs and also some beautiful monoprints which are quite affordable – I couldn’t help buying a couple when I visited her studio. I suggest you give her a call – she’s a lovely lady. Nicky x
